20 And God went on to say: “Let the waters swarm forth a swarm of living souls*+ and let flying creatures fly over the earth upon the face of the expanse of the heavens.”+

19 Now Jehovah God was forming* from the ground every wild beast of the field and every flying creature of the heavens, and he began bringing them to the man to see what he would call each one; and whatever the man would call it, each living soul,+ that was its name.+

20 Of the flying creatures according to their kinds and of the domestic animals according to their kinds,+ of all moving animals of the ground according to their kinds,* two of each will go in there to you to preserve them alive.+
