18 “And they will certainly listen to your voice,+ and you must come, you and the older men of Israel, to the king of Egypt, and YOU men must say to him, ‘Jehovah the God of the Hebrews+ has come in touch with us,+ and now we want to go, please, a journey of three days into the wilderness, and we want to sacrifice to Jehovah our God.’+

8 “And it must occur that,” to quote him, “if they will not believe you and will not listen to the voice of the first sign, then they will certainly believe the voice of the later sign.+
