3 But Naʹboth said to Aʹhab: “It is unthinkable+ on my part, from Jehovah’s standpoint,+ for me to give the hereditary possession of my forefathers to you.”+

14 And they should not sell any of it, nor should one make an exchange, nor should one cause the choicest of the land to pass away [from them]; for it is something holy to Jehovah.+
