17 However, the midwives feared the [true] God,+ and they did not do as the king of Egypt had spoken to them,+ but they would preserve the male children alive.+

17 And YOU must not wrong anyone his associate,+ and you must be in fear of your God,+ because I am Jehovah* YOUR God.+

13 The conclusion of the matter, everything having been heard, is: Fear the [true] God+ and keep his commandments.+ For this is the whole [obligation] of man.*
