2 “In case a man develops in the skin of his flesh an eruption or a scab+ or a blotch and it does develop in the skin of his flesh into the plague of leprosy,*+ he must then be brought to Aaron the priest or to one of his sons the priests.+

15 And the priest+ must see the living flesh, and he must declare him unclean. The living flesh is unclean. It is leprosy.+

20 When Az·a·riʹah the chief priest* and all the priests turned toward him, why, there he was stricken with leprosy in his forehead!+ So they excitedly began to remove him from there, and he himself also hastened to go out, because Jehovah had smitten him.+

7 For the lips of a priest are the ones that should keep knowledge, and [the] law is what people should seek from his mouth;+ for he is the messenger* of Jehovah of armies.+

44 and said to him: “See that you tell nobody a thing, but go show yourself to the priest+ and offer in behalf of your cleansing the things Moses directed,+ for a witness to them.”+

14 And when he got sight of them he said to them: “Go and show yourselves to the priests.”+ Then as they were going off their cleansing occurred.+
