22 For Jehovah will not desert+ his people for the sake of his great name,+ because Jehovah has taken it upon himself to make YOU his people.+

20 And David went on to say to Solʹo·mon his son: “Be courageous+ and strong and act. Do not be afraid+ nor be terrified,+ for Jehovah God, my God, is with you.+ He will not desert you+ or leave you until all the work of the service of Jehovah’s house is finished.

5 Let [YOUR] manner of life be free of the love of money,+ while YOU are content+ with the present things.+ For he has said: “I will by no means leave you nor by any means forsake you.”+
