20 Then Moses took his wife and his sons and made them ride on an ass, and he proceeded to return to the land of Egypt. Moreover, Moses took the rod of the [true] God in his hand.+

20 And it occurred that while she was riding on the ass+ and secretly going down the mountain, why, there were David and his men coming down to meet her. So she encountered them.
