12 And he continued with them in the house of the [true] God hidden for six years,+ while Ath·a·liʹah was ruling as queen+ over the land.+

12 As for my people, its task assigners* are dealing severely,* and mere women actually rule over it.+ O my people, those leading you on are causing [you] to wander,+ and the way of your paths they have confused.+

15 And at present we are pronouncing presumptuous people happy.+ Also, the doers of wickedness have been built up.+ Also, they have tested God* out and keep getting away.’”+

12 I do not permit a woman to teach,+ or to exercise authority over a man,+ but to be in silence.
