20 When they go into the tent of meeting they will wash with water that they may not die, or when they go near the altar to minister in order to make an offering made by fire smoke to Jehovah.+

8 So you must sanctify him,+ because he is one presenting the bread of your God. He should prove to be holy to you,+ because I Jehovah, who am sanctifying YOU, am holy.+

3 Say to them, ‘Throughout YOUR generations any man of all YOUR offspring who comes near to the holy things, which the sons of Israel will sanctify to Jehovah, while his uncleanness is upon him,+ that soul must be cut off from before me. I am Jehovah.
