6 And he proceeded to say: “It has been more than a trivial matter for you to become my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob and to bring back even the safeguarded ones of Israel;+ I also have given you for a light of the nations,+ that my salvation may come to be* to the extremity* of the earth.”+

47 In fact, Jehovah* has laid commandment upon us in these words, ‘I have appointed you as a light of nations,+ for you to be a salvation to the extremity* of the earth.’”+

28 Therefore let it be known to YOU that this, the means by which God saves,* has been sent out to the nations;+ they will certainly listen to it.”+

18 Nevertheless I ask, They did not fail to hear, did they? Why, in fact, “into all the earth their sound went out,+ and to the extremities* of the inhabited earth* their utterances.”+

23 provided, of course, that YOU continue in the faith,+ established on the foundation+ and steadfast+ and not being shifted away from the hope of that good news which YOU heard,+ and which was preached+ in all creation+ that is under heaven. Of this [good news] I Paul became a minister.+
