28 And the waters kept coming back.+ Finally they covered the war chariots and the cavalrymen belonging to all of Pharʹaoh’s military forces and who had gone into the sea after them.+ Not so much as one among them was let remain.+

 5 The surging waters* proceeded to cover them;+ down they went into the depths like a stone.+

4 nor what he did to the military forces of Egypt, to his horses and his war chariots against the faces of which he made the waters of the Red Sea overflow when they were chasing after them,+ and Jehovah proceeded to destroy them till this day;+

7 And they began to cry out to Jehovah.+ So he placed a darkness between YOU and the Egyptians+ and brought the sea upon them and covered them,+ and YOUR eyes got to see what I did in Egypt;+ and YOU took up dwelling in the wilderness many days.+
