21 For ships belonging to the king were going to Tarʹshish+ with the servants of Hiʹram.+ Once every three years ships of Tarʹshish would come in, carrying gold and silver,+ ivory,+ and apes+ and peacocks.

9 Even old men of Geʹbal+ and her skilled ones happened to be in you as caulkers for your seams.*+ All the ships of the sea and their mariners themselves proved to be in you, in order to exchange articles of merchandise.

17 because in one hour such great riches have been devastated!’+
