7 Come now! Let us+ go down and there confuse+ their language that they may not listen to* one another’s language.”+

20 As for YOU, YOU had evil in mind against me. God had it in mind for good for the purpose of acting as at this day to preserve many people alive.+

14 “Now, look! I am going today in the way of all the earth,+ and YOU well know with all YOUR hearts and with all YOUR souls that not one word out of all the good words that Jehovah YOUR God has spoken to YOU has failed. They have all come true for YOU. Not one word of them has failed.+

30 There is no wisdom, nor any discernment, nor any counsel in opposition to Jehovah.+

35 And all the inhabitants of the earth are being considered as merely nothing,+ and he is doing according to his own will* among the army of the heavens and the inhabitants of the earth.+ And there exists no one that can check his hand+ or that can say to him, ‘What have you been doing?’+

39 but if it is from God,+ YOU will not be able to overthrow them;)+ otherwise, YOU may perhaps be found fighters actually against God.”+

17 In this manner God, when he purposed to demonstrate more abundantly to the heirs+ of the promise the unchangeableness+ of his counsel, stepped in* with an oath,
