13 And there will still be in it a tenth,+ and it must again become something for burning down, like a big tree and like a massive tree in which,* when there is a cutting down [of them],+ there is a stump;+ a holy seed* will be the stump of it.”*+

6 “Therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord Jehovah has said, ‘Just like the vine tree among the trees of the forest, that I have given to the fire as fuel, so I have given the inhabitants of Jerusalem.+

10 Already the ax+ is lying at the root of the trees; every tree, then, that does not produce fine fruit is to be cut down+ and thrown into the fire.+

6 If anyone does not remain in union with me, he is cast out as a branch and is dried up; and men gather those branches up and pitch them into the fire and they are burned.+
