16 And I will make the blind ones walk in a way that they have not known;+ in a roadway that they have not known I shall cause them to tread.+ I shall turn a dark place before them into light,+ and rugged terrain into level land.+ These are the things that I will do for them, and I will not leave them.”+

18 “Jehovah’s* spirit+ is upon me, because he anointed* me to declare good news to the poor, he sent me forth to preach a release to the captives and a recovery of sight to the blind, to send the crushed ones away with a release,+

18 to open their eyes,+ to turn them from darkness+ to light+ and from the authority of Satan+ to God, in order for them to receive forgiveness of sins+ and an inheritance+ among those sanctified+ by [their] faith in me.’

18 I advise you to buy from me gold+ refined by fire that you may become rich, and white outer garments that you may become dressed and that the shame of your nakedness may not become manifested,+ and eyesalve to rub in your eyes+ that you may see.
