4 He will not grow dim nor be crushed* until he sets justice in the earth itself;+ and for his law the islands* themselves will keep waiting.*+

21 And as for your people, all of them will be righteous;+ to time indefinite they will hold possession of the land,+ the sprout of my* planting,+ the work of my hands,+ for [me] to be beautified.+

12 instructing us to repudiate ungodliness+ and worldly desires+ and to live with soundness of mind and righteousness and godly devotion*+ amid this present system of things,*+

13 But there are new heavens+ and a new earth+ that we are awaiting according to his promise, and in these righteousness is to dwell.+
