15 And Jehovah the God of their forefathers kept sending against them by means of his messengers,+ sending again and again,* because he felt compassion for his people+ and for his dwelling.+

27 Moreover, Isaiah cries out concerning Israel: “Although the number of the sons of Israel may be as the sand of the sea,+ it is the remnant that will be saved.+

20 But Isaiah becomes very bold and says: “I was found by those who were not seeking me;+ I became manifest to those who were not asking for me.”+
