11 At that Jehovah said to him: “Who appointed a mouth for man or who appoints the speechless or the deaf or the clear-sighted or the blind? Is it not I, Jehovah?+

2 Take with yourselves words and come back to Jehovah.+ Say to him, all YOU people, ‘May you pardon error;+ and accept what is good, and we will offer in return the young bulls of our lips.*+

15 for I will give YOU a mouth* and wisdom, which all YOUR opposers together will not be able to resist or dispute.+

10 For with the heart+ one exercises faith for righteousness, but with the mouth one makes public declaration+ for salvation.

15 Through him let us always offer to God a sacrifice of praise,+ that is, the fruit of lips+ which make public declaration* to his name.+
