2 “This is what Jehovah the God of Israel has said, ‘Go,* and you must say to Zed·e·kiʹah the king of Judah,+ yes, you must say to him: “This is what Jehovah has said, ‘Here I am giving this city into the hand of the king of Babylon,+ and he must burn it with fire.+

8 And the Chal·deʹans will certainly come back and fight against this city and capture it and burn it with fire.”+
