4 And he built altars in the house of Jehovah,+ respecting which Jehovah had said: “In Jerusalem I shall put my name.”+

7 Furthermore, he put the carved image+ that he had made in the house of the [true] God,+ respecting which God had said to David and to Solʹo·mon his son: “In this house and in Jerusalem, which I have chosen+ out of all the tribes of Israel, I shall put my name+ to time indefinite.+

15 And YOU yourselves turn around today and do what is upright in my eyes in proclaiming liberty each one to his companion, and YOU conclude a covenant before me+ in the house upon which my name has been called.+

39 “And YOU, O house of Israel, this is what the Sovereign Lord Jehovah has said, ‘Go serve each one of YOU his own dungy idols.+ And afterward if YOU are not listening to me, then my holy name YOU will no more profane by YOUR gifts and by YOUR dungy idols.’+
