15 And when YOU spread out YOUR palms,+ I hide my eyes from YOU.+ Even though YOU make many prayers,+ I am not listening;+ with bloodshed*YOUR very hands have become filled.+
11 Therefore this is what Jehovah has said, ‘Here I am bringing upon them a calamity+ that they will not be able to get out of;+ and they will certainly call to me for aid, but I shall not listen to them.+
18 And I myself also shall act in rage.+ My eye will not feel sorry, neither shall I feel compassion.+ And they will certainly call out in my ears with a loud voice, but I shall not hear them.”+
4 At that time they will call to Jehovah for aid, but he will not answer them.+ And he will conceal his face from them in that time,+ according as they committed badness in their dealings.+
