9 And the people will certainly know [it],+ even all of them, Eʹphra·im and the inhabitant of Sa·marʹi·a,+ because of [their] haughtiness and because of [their] insolence of heart in saying:+

7 “At the time that I would bring healing to Israel,+ the error of Eʹphra·im is also actually uncovered,+ and the bad things of Sa·marʹi·a;+ for they have practiced falsehood,+ and a thief himself comes in; a marauder band actually makes a dash on the outside.+

4 “Hear this word, YOU cows of Baʹshan,+ who are on the mountain of Sa·marʹi·a,+ who are defrauding the lowly ones,+ who are crushing the poor ones, who are saying to their masters, ‘Do bring, and let us drink!’
