13 After that a man who had escaped came and told Aʹbram the Hebrew.*+ He was then tabernacling among the big trees of Mamʹre the Amʹor·ite,+ the brother of Eshʹcol and brother of Aʹner;+ and they were confederates* of Aʹbram.

15 For I was in fact kidnapped from the land of the Hebrews;+ and here also I have done nothing at all for which they should put me in the prison hole.”*+
