2 The names of the twelve apostles+ are these:+ First, Simon, the one called Peter,*+ and Andrew+ his brother; and James the [son] of Zebʹe·dee+ and John his brother;

56 among whom was Mary Magʹda·lene, also Mary the mother of James and Joʹses,* and the mother of the sons of Zebʹe·dee.+

17 and James the [son] of Zebʹe·dee and John the brother of James+ (he also gave these the surname Bo·a·nerʹges,* which means Sons of Thunder),

35 And James and John, the two sons of Zebʹe·dee,+ stepped up to him and said to him: “Teacher, we want you to do for us whatever it is we ask you for.”+
