6 For a son is despising a father; a daughter is rising up against her mother;+ a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law;+ a man’s enemies are the men* of his household.+

10 Then, also, many will be stumbled+ and will betray one another and will hate one another.+

12 Furthermore, brother will deliver brother over to death, and a father a child,+ and children will rise up against parents and have them put to death;+

59 And they went on casting stones at Stephen as he made appeal* and said: “Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.”+
