10 Really, then, as long as we have time favorable for it,+ let us work what is good toward all, but especially toward those related to [us] in the faith.+

10 For to this end we are working hard and exerting ourselves,+ because we have rested our hope+ on a living God, who is a Savior+ of all sorts of men,+ especially of faithful ones.+

7 in order that the tested quality* of YOUR faith,+ of much greater value than gold that perishes despite its being proved by fire,+ may be found a cause for praise and glory and honor at the revelation*+ of Jesus Christ.
