27 But that we do not cause them to stumble,+ you go to the sea, cast a fishhook, and take the first fish coming up and, when you open its mouth, you will find a stater coin.* Take that and give it to them for me and you.”+

6 But whoever stumbles one of these little ones who put faith in me, it is more beneficial for him to have hung around his neck a millstone+ such as is turned by an ass and to be sunk in the wide, open sea.+

9 But keep watching that this authority of YOURS does not somehow become a stumbling block to those who are weak.+

32 Keep from becoming causes for stumbling+ to Jews as well as Greeks and to the congregation of God,
