Haiti: A 12-percent increase in February brought a new peak of 9,115 publishers. The 1994 series of circuit assemblies was attended by 15,824, and 252 were baptized.

Japan: February was a very cold month with much snowfall. However, a new peak of 188,844 publishers was reached. There were also new peaks in return visits, Bible studies, and regular pioneers.

Philippines: The February report revealed a new peak of 117,519 publishers. Bible studies exceeded 100,000 for the first time, with 100,146 being reported. Magazine placements were up more than 100,000 over November 1993 because of a changeover to full-color printing.
