    • 34 Ben-haʹdad now said to him: “The cities that my father took from your father I will return, and you may establish markets* for yourself in Damascus, just as my father did in Sa·marʹi·a.”

      Aʹhab replied: “On the basis of this agreement,* I will let you go.”

      With that he made an agreement with him and let him go.
