    • 5 καὶ And ἐδόθη it was given αὐταῖς to them ἵνα in order that μὴ not ἀποκτείνωσιν they should kill αὐτούς, them, ἀλλ’ but ἵνα in order that βασανισθήσονται they will be tormented μῆνας months πέντε· five; καὶ and ὁ the βασανισμὸς torment αὐτῶν of them ὡς as βασανισμὸς torment σκορπίου, of scorpion, ὅταν whenever παίσῃ it should hit ἄνθρωπον. man.
