    • 54 καὶ And ἐλθὼν having come εἰς into τὴν the πατρίδα father (place) αὐτοῦ of him ἐδίδασκεν he was teaching αὐτοὺς them ἐν in τῇ the συναγωγῇ synagogue αὐτῶν, of them, ὥστε as-and ἐκπλήσσεσθαι to be astounded αὐτοὺς them καὶ and λέγειν to be saying Πόθεν From where τούτῳ to this (one) ἡ the σοφία wisdom αὕτη this καὶ and αἱ the δυνάμεις; powerful works?

    • 54 And when he was come into his own country, he taught them in their synagogue, insomuch that they were astonished, and said, Whence hath this man this wisdom, and these mighty works?
