    • 11 ἀνέτειλεν Rose up γὰρ for ὁ the ἥλιος sun σὺν together with τῷ the καύσωνι burning heat καὶ and ἐξήρανεν it dried up τὸν the χόρτον, vegetation, καὶ and τὸ the ἄνθος flower αὐτοῦ of it ἐξέπεσεν fell out καὶ and ἡ the εὐπρέπεια well-fittingness τοῦ of the προσώπου face αὐτοῦ of it ἀπώλετο· destroyed itself; οὕτως thus καὶ also ὁ the πλούσιος rich (one) ἐν in ταῖς the πορείαις journeys αὐτοῦ of him μαρανθήσεται. will fade away.
