2 All the Israelites began to murmur against Moses and Aaron,+ and the whole assembly spoke against them, saying: “If only we had died in the land of Egypt, or if only we had died in this wilderness!

64 But among them there was no one who had been registered by Moses and Aaron the priest in the census of the Israelites taken in the wilderness of Siʹnai.+

11 ‘The men who came up out of Egypt from 20 years old and up will not see the land+ of which I have sworn to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob,+ because they have not followed me wholeheartedly—

35 ‘Not one of these men of this evil generation will see the good land that I swore to give to your fathers,+
