  • Ulaka lungaphambanisa impilakahle yakho. Ukuchwayisisa kutshengisa ukuthi umuntu engahlala ephonguzonda angabanjwa yiBP, abe lomkhuhlane wenhliziyo, ahlulukelwe futhi kungaphambanisa lendlela ukudla okugayeka ngayo esiswini. Ulaka lungenza umuntu ehluleke ukulala, akhathazeke kakhulu, abe lomkhuhlane wejwabu futhi atshaywe yi-stroke. Yikho iBhayibhili lisithi: “Xwayana lokuzonda . . . , kukhokhelela ebubini kuphela.”​—IHubo 37:8.

  • Khuluma ngomusa nxa uveza indlela ozizwa ngayo. Ungathandi ukusola umkakho. Esikhundleni sokuthi uthi: “Nxa ungangifoneli ungitshela ukuthi ungaphi uyabe utshengisa ukuthi awulandaba lami” ungathi “Ngiyabe sengikhathazekile nxa kungaba ntambama ngingakwazi ukuthi ungaphi lokuthi uvikelekile yini.” Ukukhuluma ngendlela elomusa kungakunceda ukuthi ungaphonguzonda.

  • Lalela ngendlela etshengisa inhlonipho. Mlalele umkakho nxa ekhuluma futhi ungamqumi umlomo. Nxa eseqedile, phinda abekutsho ngamazwi akho ukuze ube leqiniso lokuthi umzwisisile. Ukuba ngumuntu olalelayo kuzakunceda ukuthi ungaphonguzonda.
