32 While the Israelites were in the wilderness, they found a man collecting pieces of wood on the Sabbath day.+

35 And Jehovah said to Moses: “The man should be put to death without fail,+ and the whole assembly should stone him outside the camp.”+

7 The hand of the witnesses should be the first to come against him to put him to death, and the hand of all the people afterward. You must remove what is bad from your midst.+
