8 So we passed by our brothers, the descendants of Eʹsau,+ who are dwelling in Seʹir, keeping away from the way of the Arʹa·bah, from Eʹlath and from Eʹzi·on-geʹber.+

26 King Solʹo·mon also made a fleet of ships in Eʹzi·on-geʹber,+ which is by Eʹloth, on the shore of the Red Sea in the land of Eʹdom.+

6 At that time King Reʹzin of Syria restored Eʹlath+ to Eʹdom, after which he drove the Jews* out of Eʹlath. And the Eʹdom·ites entered Eʹlath, and they have occupied it down to this day.
