21 The cities at the extremity of the tribe of Judah toward the boundary of Eʹdom+ in the south were: Kabʹze·el, Eʹder, Jaʹgur,

31 Zikʹlag,+ Mad·manʹnah, San·sanʹnah,

19 Then the second lot+ came out for Simʹe·on, for the tribe of Simʹe·on+ by their families. And their inheritance was within the inheritance of Judah.+

5 Zikʹlag,+ Beth-marʹca·both, Haʹzar-suʹsah,

5 Then David said to Aʹchish: “If I have found favor in your eyes, let them give me a place in one of the cities of the countryside, so that I may live there. Why should your servant live in the royal city with you?” 6 So Aʹchish gave him Zikʹlag+ on that day. That is why Zikʹlag belongs to the kings of Judah down to this day.
