11 Now the princes of the people were living in Jerusalem;+ but the rest of the people cast lots+ to bring one out of every ten to live in Jerusalem, the holy city, while the other nine stayed in the other cities.

 6 For the day will come when the watchmen in the mountains of Eʹphra·im will call out:

‘Rise up, let us go up to Zion, to Jehovah our God.’”+

17 “Call out once more and say, ‘This is what Jehovah of armies says: “My cities will again overflow with goodness; and Jehovah will again comfort Zion+ and again choose Jerusalem.”’”+
