22 I will send the wild animals of the field among you,+ and they will bereave you of children+ and annihilate your domestic animals and reduce your numbers, and your roads will be deserted.+

21 “For this is what the Sovereign Lord Jehovah says: ‘So it will be when I send my four punishments*+—sword, famine, vicious wild animal, and pestilence+—against Jerusalem to cut off man and animal from it.+

27 “This is what you should say to them, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord Jehovah says: “As surely as I am alive, those living in the ruins will fall by the sword; those in the open field, I will give as food to the wild beasts; and those in the strongholds and the caves will die by disease.+
