10 Later as he was dining* in the house, look! many tax collectors and sinners came and began dining* with Jesus and his disciples.+ 11 But on seeing this, the Pharisees said to his disciples: “Why does your teacher eat with tax collectors and sinners?”+

15 Later he was dining* in his house, and many tax collectors and sinners were dining* with Jesus and his disciples, for there were many of them who were following him.+ 16 But when the scribes of the Pharisees saw that he was eating with the sinners and tax collectors, they began saying to his disciples: “Does he eat with tax collectors and sinners?”

29 Then Leʹvi spread a big reception feast for him in his house, and there was a large crowd of tax collectors and others who were dining* with them.+ 30 At this the Pharisees and their scribes began murmuring to his disciples, saying: “Why do you eat and drink with tax collectors and sinners?”+
