16 Therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord Jehovah says:

No one exercising faith will panic.+

42 Jesus said to them: “Did you never read in the Scriptures, ‘The stone that the builders rejected, this has become the chief cornerstone.*+ This has come from Jehovah,* and it is marvelous in our eyes’?+

44 Also, the person falling on this stone will be shattered.+ As for anyone on whom it falls, it will crush him.”+

10 Did you never read this scripture: ‘The stone that the builders rejected, this has become the chief cornerstone.*+ 11 This has come from Jehovah,* and it is marvelous in our eyes’?”+

11 This is ‘the stone that was treated by you builders as of no account that has become the chief cornerstone.’*+

7 It is to you, therefore, that he is precious, because you are believers; but to those not believing, “the stone that the builders rejected,+ this has become the chief cornerstone”*+
