14 Then one of the Twelve, the one called Judas Is·carʹi·ot,+ went to the chief priests+ 15 and said: “What will you give me to betray him to you?”+ They stipulated to him 30 silver pieces.+ 16 So from then on, he kept looking for a good opportunity to betray him.

10 And Judas Is·carʹi·ot, one of the Twelve, went off to the chief priests in order to betray him to them.+ 11 When they heard it, they were delighted and promised to give him silver money.+ So he began seeking an opportunity to betray him.

70 Jesus answered them: “I chose you twelve, did I not?+ Yet one of you is a slanderer.”*+

2 The evening meal was going on, and the Devil had already put it into the heart of Judas Is·carʹi·ot,+ the son of Simon, to betray him.+

27 After Judas took the piece of bread, then Satan entered into him.+ So Jesus said to him: “What you are doing, do it more quickly.”

16 “Men, brothers, it was necessary for the scripture to be fulfilled that the holy spirit spoke prophetically through David about Judas,+ who became a guide to those who arrested Jesus.+ 17 For he had been numbered among us+ and he obtained a share in this ministry.
