50 Then Je·hoshʹa·phat was laid to rest with his forefathers+ and was buried with his forefathers in the City of David his forefather; and his son Je·hoʹram+ became king in his place.

3 And their father had given them many gifts in silver and gold, and valuable things, along with fortified cities in Judah;+ but he gave the kingdom to Je·hoʹram,+ for he was the firstborn.

5 Je·hoʹram was 32 years old when he became king, and he reigned for eight years in Jerusalem.+
