      Ebia wubenya adwene sɛ, ɛsɛ sɛ woyɛ nsakrae nnɛ ne ɔkyena yi ara. Wobɛhwɛ mpo no, na woahyɛ wo ho bɔ sɛ, ‘nnawɔtwe yi megyae sigaretnom, merenka ntam bio, mɛda ntɛm, mefi ase atenetene m’apɔw mu, medidi yiye na afei deɛ, mɛfrɛ me nana wɔ fon so.’ Nea ɛwom ara ne sɛ, sɛ wode nneɛma pii kyekyere wo ho a, worentumi nyɛ baako mpo nwie!

      BIBLE MU ASƐM: “Ahobrɛasefo na nyansa ne wɔn te.”​—Mmebusɛm 11:2.

      NEA WUBETUMI AYƐ

      Fa ade baako anaa mmienu bi a wopɛ sɛ woyɛ anaa wugyae yɛ si w’ani so. Sɔ nea edidi so yi hwɛ:

      1. Fa pɛn ne krataa na kyerɛw nneɛma a w’ani gye ho paa a wopɛ sɛ woyɛ, ne nneɛma a w’ani nnye ho a wunyae a anka wubegyae nyinaa.

      2. Hyehyɛ ma nea ehia wo paa no nni kan na ɛntoatoa so saa ara.

      3. Yɛ no nkakrankakra​—ebia ɔfã biara no, yi ade baako anaa mmienu bi na yere wo ho yɛ ɛno nko ara ho adwuma. Wuwie a, kɔ nea edi hɔ no so.

      Sɛ nsakrae no bɛba ntɛmtɛm a gye sɛ wode suban pa bi si nea enye no ananmu. Nea wubetumi ayɛ ni.       • Woaka sɛ wobɛhwɛ w’adidi yiye, nanso ice cream bi a w’ani tua deɛ, ɛte sɛ nea wuyi w’ani fi ho a, enyi.

      • Woasi wo bo sɛ wobegyae sigaretnom, nanso wobɛhwɛ no na w’adamfo a onim paa sɛ wopɛ sɛ wugyae no abrɛ wo sigaret sɛ nom.

      • Woyɛɛ w’adwene sɛ nnɛ wobɛtenetene w’apɔw mu, nanso baabi a wo mpaboa hyɛ no ama w’abam abu!
