19 Joseph said to them: “Do not be afraid. Am I in the place of God? 20 Although you meant to harm me,+ God intended it to turn out well and to preserve many people alive, as he is doing today.+ 21 So now do not be afraid. I will keep supplying you and your little children with food.”+ Thus he comforted them and spoke reassuringly to them.

21 Then Peter came and said to him: “Lord, how many times is my brother to sin against me and am I to forgive him? Up to seven times?” 22 Jesus said to him: “I say to you, not up to seven times, but up to 77 times.+
