The First of Kings

11 Around this time, Jehovah send message to Sol′o·mon say: 12 “If you de obey my laws, and de respect my judgments, and de do everything wey I don command you, and you use them for your life, wetin I don promise David your papa about this house wey you de build, I go do-am for you, 13 and I go stay with Israel people, and I no go ever leave my people Israel.”

Na the cedar woods cover the whole wall for the house; them no fit see the stones wey dey under.

19 And e prepare the room wey dey inside-inside for the house, so that e go put the ark of the agreement of Jehovah for there. 20 The room wey dey inside-inside long reach 20 cubits, wide reach 20 cubits, and high reach 20 cubits, and e cover-am with pure gold. E still cover the altar with cedarwood. 21 Sol′o·mon use pure gold cover the inside of the house, and e use gold chains take block the front of the room wey dey inside-inside, wey them cover with gold. 22 E cover the whole house with gold sotey e cover everywhere for the house. E still use gold cover the whole altar near the room wey dey inside-inside.

23 E use pinewood* make two cherubs for the room wey dey inside-inside. Each of them high reach ten cubits. 24 One wing of the cherub na five cubits, and the other wing na five cubits. From the end of one wing go reach the end of the other wing, na ten cubits. 25 The second cherub na still ten cubits. 29 And e carve pictures of cherubs, palm trees, and flower wey de come out for all the walls for the house, round-am, both for the room wey dey inside-inside, and the other room.* 30 E use gold cover the ground of the house for the room wey dey inside-inside, and the other room. 31 And e use pinewood make the doors for the place wey person fit pass enter the room wey dey inside-inside. E still make side pillars and doorposts as the fifth part.* 32 Na pinewood e use make the two doors, and e carve cherubs, palm trees, and flowers wey de come out, for the body of the doors, and e cover them with gold. Na hammer e use nack the gold enter the cherubs and the palm trees. 33 Na so e still use pinewood make the doorposts for the place wey them de pass enter the temple,* and this one na part of the fourth part.* 34 And e use juniper wood make two doors for there. One of the doors get two side wey join together wey them fit fold, and the other door still get two side wey join together wey them fit fold. 35 E carve cherubs, palm trees, and flowers wey de come out, for the doors, and e use gold cover this things wey e carve.

36 E build the fence wey surround the compound wey dey inside with three line of stones wey them cut and one line of big cedar woods.

37 For the 4th year, for the month of Ziv, na im them do the foundation for Jehovah house, 38 and for the 11th year, for the month of Bul (wey be the eighth month), them build everything wey them want build for the house as e dey for the plan. So na seven years e use build the house.
