7 “Them go still spread blue cloth ontop the table wey them de put showbread, and na ontop-am them go put the plates, the cups, the bowls, the jugs wey them de put drink offering; the bread wey them de always give as offering go continue to dey ontop-am. 8 Them go spread red cloth ontop them and cover the table with cover wey them use sealskin make and put im poles wey them de use carry-am for where them de put-am. 9 Then, them go take blue cloth and cover the lampstand wey them de use for light, together with im lamps, the things wey them de use hold im lamp thread,* the things wey them de use hold fire, and all im containers for oil wey them de use maintain-am. 10 Them go use cover wey them make with sealskin wrap-am together with all im things wey them de use with-am and put-am ontop the long stick wey them de use carry-am. 11 And them go spread blue cloth ontop the gold altar, use cover wey them make with sealskin cover-am and put im poles wey them de use carry-am for the place wey e suppose dey. 12 Then, them go take all the things wey them de always use do their work for the holy place and put them inside blue cloth, and cover them with cover wey them use sealskin make and put them ontop the long stick wey them de use carry-am.

13 “Make them remove the ashes* from the altar and spread cloth wey them make with purple wool ontop-am. 14 Ontop-am, them go put all the things wey them de use when them de work for the altar: the things wey them de use hold fire, the forks, the shovels, the bowls, all the things wey de dey inside the altar; and them go spread cover wey them use sealskin make and put im poles wey them de use carry-am for the place wey e suppose dey.

15 “Aaron and im sons must cover the holy place and all the things for the holy place finish when Israel people de leave one place go another place, then the sons of Ko′hath go come inside and carry them, but them no go ever touch the holy place, if them touch-am, them go die. Na this things be the work* of the sons of Ko′hath for the tent of meeting.

16 “Na El·e·a′zar the son of Aaron the priest go de care for the oil for the light, the perfume incense, the grain offering wey them de always do, and the anointing oil. Na im de care for the whole tabernacle and everything wey dey inside-am plus the holy place and everything wey them de use inside-am.”

17 Jehovah still talk to Moses and Aaron say: 18 “No allow the tribe of the families of Koʹhath to wipe* comot from among the Levites. 19 But do this one for them so that them go continue to dey alive and no die because say them come near the things wey holy pass. Aaron and im sons go go inside and give each of them work and wetin them go carry. 20 Make them no ever come inside and see the holy things even if na for just small time, if them do-am, them go die.”

21 Then Jehovah talk to Moses say: 22 “Count the sons of Ger′shon according to their family groups from their papa side and according to their families. 23 You go register all the people from 30 years go reach 50 years wey dey the group wey them don talk say make them de work for the tent of meeting. 24 This na the work wey you go give the families of Gerʹshon to care for, and the things wey them go carry: 25 Them go carry the tent cloths of the tabernacle, the tent of meeting, the thing wey de cover-am, and the cover wey them use sealskin make wey dey up ontop-am, the screen* of the domot of the tent of meeting, 26 the curtains wey them hang for the compound, the screen* for the domot of the compound wey surround the tabernacle and the altar, their tent ropes, and all the things wey them de use inside the tabernacle and everything wey them de use do work for there. Na this one be their work. 27 And Aaron and im sons go care for the work and the load of Gerʹshon people; you go give them all this load as their work. 28 This na the work wey the families of Gerʹshon people go do for the tent of meeting, and them go de work under Ith′a·mar the son of Aaron the priest.

29 “As for the sons of Me·rar′i, you go register them according to their family and according to their family group from their papa side. 30 Na from 30 years go reach 50 years you go register them, all of them wey dey the group wey them don talk say make them de work for the tent of meeting. 31 Na this things them go de carry wey concern their work for the tent of meeting: the frames for the tabernacle, im long sticks, im pillars, and im base them; 32 the pillars wey surround the compound, their base them, their tent pins, and their tent ropes, together with all their tools and all the work wey them de use this things do. You go give them the tools wey them go carry according to their names. 33 Na like this the families of the sons of Me·rar′i go work for the tent of meeting, them go de work under Ith′a·mar the son of Aaron the priest.”

34 Then Moses and Aaron and the chiefs of Israel people register the sons of Koʹhath according to their families and according to their family groups from their papa side, 35 all the people from 30 years go reach 50 years wey dey the group wey them don talk say make them de work for the tent of meeting. 36 The total number of the people wey them register according to their families na 2,750. 37 Na this people them register from the families of Koʹhath, all the people wey de work for the tent of meeting, Moses and Aaron register them according to the command wey Jehovah give through Moses.

38 Them register the sons of Ger′shon according to their families and according to their family group from their papa side, 39 all the people from 30 years go reach 50 years wey dey the group wey them don talk say make them de work for the tent of meeting. 40 The total number of the people wey them register according to their families and according to their family group from their papa side na 2,630. 41 Na like this them register the families of the sons of Ger′shon, all the people wey de work for the tent of meeting. Moses and Aaron register them according to the command of Jehovah.

42 Them register the sons of Me·rar′i according to their families and according to their family group from their papa side, 43 all the people from 30 years go reach 50 years wey dey the group wey them don talk say make them de work for the tent of meeting. 44 The total number wey them register from them according to their families na 3,200. 45 Na like this them register the families of the sons of Me·rar′i, wey Moses and Aaron register according to the command wey Jehovah give through Moses.

46 Moses and Aaron and the chiefs of Israel register all this Levites according to their families and according to their family groups from their papa side; 47 their age start from 30 go reach 50 years, and them say make all of them de work and carry load for the tent of meeting. 48 The total number of the people wey them register na 8,580. 49 Them register them according to the command wey Jehovah don give through Moses, each of them according to the work and load wey them don give them. Them register them just as Jehovah don command Moses.
