18 Then Jehovah tell Aaron say: “You and your sons and your family group from your papa side wey dey with you go answer for any sin wey dirty the holy place, and you and your sons wey dey with you go answer for any sin wey dirty una priest work. 2 Make you still bring your brothers near wey come from the tribe of Le′vi, from the tribe of your papa-papa them, so that them fit join you and help you and your sons for the work wey una de do for front of the tent of the Testimony. 3 Them go do their work for you and for the whole tent, but make them no ever come near the things wey una de use do work for the holy place and the altar, so that them and una no go die. 4 Them go join you and do their work wey concern the tent of meeting and all the work of the tent, and make no person wey no get the right* come near una. 5 Una must do una work for the holy place and the altar so that I no go vex again for Israel people. 6 I don take una brothers wey be Levites from among Israel people as gift for una. Them don give them to Jehovah to care for the work for the tent of meeting. 7 Na you and your sons go care for una priest work well wey concern the altar and wetin dey inside the curtain,* and una go do this work. I don give the work of priest as gift to una, and make una kill any person wey no get the right to come,* wey come near.”

8 Jehovah still tell Aaron say: “I don put you in charge of the contributions wey them do for me. I don give you and your sons part of all the holy things wey Israel people contribute, and e go always be una share. 9 This things go be your own from the offerings wey really dey holy wey them make with fire: every offering wey them make, plus their grain offerings, their sin offerings, and their offerings for the bad thing wey person do wey them bring to me. Na something wey really dey holy for you and for your sons. 10 Make you chop-am for place wey really holy. All the men fit chop-am. Na something wey really holy to you. 11 Na you still get this things: the gifts wey them contribute together with all the offerings wey them de wave wey Israel people give. I don give them to you and your sons and your daughters wey dey with you to always be una share. Everybody wey clean wey dey your house fit chop-am.

12 “All the best oil and all the best new wine and the grain, their firstfruits, wey them give Jehovah, I give them to you. 13 The first ripe fruits of everything from their land wey them go bring to Jehovah, go be your own. Everybody wey clean wey dey your house fit chop-am.

14 “Everything wey them don keep separate* for Israel go be your own.

15 “All the firstborn of everything wey get life* wey them go bring come give Jehovah, whether na man or animal, make e be your own. But make you no fail to buy back the firstborn of humans, and make you buy back the firstborn of animal wey no clean. 16 Make you buy-am back with the price wey them de use buy back when e dey one month go up, according to the amount wey them don decide, wey be five silver shekels,* according to the shekel wey them de normally use for the holy place.* Na 20 ge′rahs.* 17 Na only the firstborn of bull or firstborn of small male sheep or firstborn of goat you no go buy back. Make you sprinkle their blood ontop the altar and make you burn their fat to bring out smoke as offering wey them make with fire wey get better smell* to Jehovah. 18 And their flesh go be your own. Just like the breast of the offering wey them de wave and like the right leg, make e be your own. 19 All the holy contributions wey Israel people go contribute to Jehovah, I don give-am to you and your sons and your daughters wey dey with you, and e go always be una share. This one na agreement of salt wey go last* for front of Jehovah for you and your children wey dey with you.”

20 Jehovah continue to talk to Aaron say: “You no go get property for their land and no part of the land among them go be your own. Na me be your share and your own property among Israel people.

21 “Make you see say I don give the sons of Le′vi all the tenth part for Israel as their property for the work wey them de do, the work for the tent of meeting. 22 Make Israel people no come near the tent of meeting again. If them do-am, them go put sin for their head and die. 23 Na the Levites go do the work for the tent of meeting, and na them go answer for their sin. Make them no take property as their own among Israel people; this one na law wey go last for long time for all una generations. 24 Because I don give the Levites the tenth part from wetin Israel people contribute as their property, wey them go contribute to Jehovah. This one na why I don tell them say, ‘Among Israel people, make them no take any property as their own.’”

25 Then Jehovah tell Moses say: 26 “Make you tell the Levites say, ‘Una go receive the tenth part wey I don give una from Israel people as una property, and make una contribute from that one the tenth part of the tenth part wey them contribute as contribution to Jehovah. 27 And God go see-am as una contribution like say na the grain from the place wey them de separate grain from plant or like everything wey una get from the place wey them de make wine or de make oil. 28 Na like that una go still give contribution to Jehovah from all the tenth parts wey una receive from Israel people, and na from them una go give the contribution for Jehovah to Aaron the priest. 29 Una go make every kind of contribution to Jehovah from the best of all the gifts wey them give una, as something wey dey holy.’

30 “And you must tell them say, ‘When una contribute the best from the things wey them don give, then God go see-am as the Levites own, like say na the things wey them get from the place wey them de separate grain from plant, and like say na the thing wey them get from the place wey them de make wine or de make oil. 31 Una and the people wey dey una house fit chop-am for any place, because na payment for una work wey una de do for the tent of meeting. 32 Una no go put sin ontop una head for this one, so far una contribute the best from the things wey them don give as contribution, and make una no ever make the holy things of Israel people no dey holy, or una go die.’”
