My servants go work with your servants, and na wetin you talk I go pay your servants, because you know say nobody among us know how to cut trees like Siʹdon people.”
7 When Hi′ram hear wetin Sol′o·mon talk, e happy no be small, and e talk say: “Make them praise Jehovah today, because e don give David pikin wey get sense to rule this plenty* people!” 8 So Hi′ram send message to Sol′o·mon say: “I don hear the message wey you send to me. I go do everything wey you want to bring the cedar and juniper timbers come give you. 9 My servants go bring them from Leb′a·non come the sea, and I go talk say make them tie them together and float them ontop sea come the place wey you go tell me. I go tell them make them loose them there, and you go carry them from there. Wetin you go do for me be say, you go bring the food wey I go tell you say make you bring for people for my house.”
10 So Hi′ram bring all the cedar and juniper timbers wey Sol′o·mon want. 11 And Sol′o·mon give Hi′ram 20,000 cor measures* of wheat as food for people for im house, and 20 cor measures of better olive oil.* Na wetin Sol′o·mon de give Hi′ram every year be that. 12 Jehovah give Sol′o·mon sense just as e don promise-am, and peace dey between Hi′ram and Sol′o·mon. Two of them come make agreement.
13 King Sol′o·mon command men from everywhere for Israel to work for-am. Na 30,000 men e command to work for-am. 14 Every month, e de send them go Leb′a·non set by set, and na 10,000 of them dey for each set. Them go spend one month for Leb′a·non and two months for their different-different house, and na Ad·o·ni′ram de control the people wey the king command to work for-am. 15 Sol′o·mon get 70,000 ordinary laborers,* and 80,000 people wey de cut stones for mountains, 16 plus 3,300 directors wey Sol′o·mon get, and na them de control the men wey de work. 17 As the king command them, them cut big stones from where big-big stones dey, and the stones cost, so that them go do the foundation of the house with stones wey them don already cut to different-different size and shape. 18 So the people wey de work for Sol′o·mon and the people wey de work for Hi′ram, and Geʹbal people, cut the stones and prepare the timbers and the stones to build the house.
