45 So Joseph no fit control imself again for front of all im servants. So e shout say: “Make everybody comot for here!” Nobody remain with Joseph as e de tell im brothers who e be.
2 Then e start to cry loud sotey Egypt people hear-am and people for Phar′aoh palace hear-am. 3 At last, Joseph tell im brothers say: “I be Joseph. My papa still dey alive?” But im brothers no fit answer-am at all because them really surprise because of Joseph. 4 So Joseph tell im brothers say: “Make una come near me abeg.” Then, them come near-am.
Then e talk say: “I be Joseph una brother wey una sell and wey them carry come Egypt. 5 But now, make una no quarrel, and make una no blame each other because una sell me come here, because na God send me come here first before una, to save life. 6 This one na the second year wey hunger don dey for the land, and five years still remain wey nobody go fit prepare the ground to plant* or harvest. 7 But God send me come here first before una, to keep some people alive for una family line* for the earth,* and to save una for wonderful way make una dey alive. 8 So, no be una send me come here, but na the true God, so that e go make me to be the main adviser* to Phar′aoh and lord for im whole palace, and ruler for the whole land of Egypt.
9 “Go back to my papa quick-quick, and una must tell-am say, ‘This one na wetin your son Joseph talk: “God don make me to be lord for the whole Egypt. Come down come meet me, no waste time. 10 You go live for the land of Go′shen, where you go dey near me. 14 Then, e hug im brother Benjamin and start to cry. And Benjamin put im hand round im neck and de cry. 15 E kiss all im brothers, and e cry as e hug them. After that one, im brothers talk with-am.
16 People for Phar′aoh palace hear about the news say: “Joseph brothers don come!” This one sweet Phar′aoh and im servants. 17 So Phar′aoh tell Joseph say: “Tell your brothers say, ‘Make una do this thing: Load things ontop the animals wey una de use carry load, and go the land of Ca′naan, 18 and bring una papa and una families and come here. I go give una the good things of the land of Egypt and una go chop the best things of the land.* 19 And I de command you to tell them say: “Make una do this thing: Take wagons from the land of Egypt for una children and una wives, and make una bring una papa for inside one of them and come here. 20 Make una no worry about una property, because the best things for all the land of Egypt na una own.”’”
21 And the sons of Israel do like that, and Joseph give them wagons as Phar′aoh don command, and e give them the things wey them go need for the journey. 22 E give each of them new-new cloths wey them go de wear, but e give Benjamin 300 pieces of silver and five new cloths. 23 And e send this things to im papa: ten donkeys wey carry better-better things of Egypt, and ten female donkeys wey carry grain, bread, and other food wey im papa go need for the journey. 24 So e arrange make im brothers de go, and as them de comot, e tell them say: “Make una no quarrel with each other for road.”
25 Then, them go up from Egypt and enter the land of Ca′naan go meet Jacob their papa. 26 Then, them tell-am the news say: “Joseph still dey alive, and e de rule the whole land of Egypt!” But the news no touch im heart, because e no believe them. 27 When them start to tell-am all the things wey Joseph don tell them, and when e see the wagons wey Joseph send to carry-am, the heart of their papa Jacob start to sweet-am again.* 28 Israel shout say: “I believe una now! My son Joseph still dey alive! I must go see-am before I die!”
